3What are the working hours of Speedro Lanka?
Our business hours are as follows (GMT + 9 hours):

Mon - Fri: 09:00 – 20:00
Sat: 10:00 - 17:00
Please note that we are closed on Sundays and on Japanese national holidays.

1How do I become a member?
Please visit our my account registration page. Enter the necessary details, then click on “Submit”.
Once you click on “Submit” we will send you a confirmation email.

3How much is it to become a member?
A membership at Speedro Lanka is free. just go to our my account registration page and register!
4I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
Please visit the Forgot Password page or go to the my account registration page and click on “Forgot Password”. You will need to enter your email address and click on “Submit”. We will send your password to the email address registered with us.
5Do I have to become a member?
Membership is not compulsory to view our stock and search vehicles. However, we recommend you to become a member to see all pictures and prices

Vehicles and Stock Information

1How many vehicles does Speedro Lanka have in stock?
We have access to purchase vehicles from Japanese auctions and from local dealers island wide.
2What are the conditions of the vehicles?
When we purchased vehicles from the auction has a grading for the exterior and interior. When you click on the vehicle you will see the details page. In the details page This grading indicates the condition of the vehicle.
3How can I inquire about a vehicle?
When you decide the vehicle, please click on the vehicle image. This will take you to the detailed page of that vehicle and you will find all the information available for that vehicle on this page.
4How can I order a vehicle?

5Can I order by fax, email or phone?
Yes, we can accept your order by fax, email or phone. For more information on how to buy, please visit ourHow to Orderpage.
6Can I cancel the vehicle that I purchased?
Yes you can cancel the order but cancellation charges will cost as mentioned below:
If you cancel the order for a vehicle or parts, an amount of 20% to 30% of the total proforma invoice value will be charged. Depending on the shipment process (If the vehicle has been booked for shipping or already shipped.) additional charges may also be applied.
